This is a mouth–watering and healthy Asian vegetable side dish that will be the perfect accompaniment to your main meal.
This is a super tempting and my favorite recipe when I really want to eat something healthy and not so fatty. Himanshu too loves to eat those stir fried veggies in garlic flavor. we use some Italian garlic flavored herbs which has dry garlic granules, black paper, oregano and some more herbs. So I am back with very simple yet delicious stir fried vegetable recipe.
Ingredients
1½ teaspoons Oil or salted butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
2 cups small broccoli florets
2 cups fresh french beans
2 cups Carrot
1/2 tsp Italian herbs
salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat the oil or butter in a wok or in a large non–stick frying pan over high heat.
2. Add the ginger and garlic and stir–fry for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Add the broccoli, carrots and fresh french beans stir–fry for 3 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
3. Sprinkle Italian herbs and salt to the stir fried vegetables. Serve them hot :)
