Go Green Sizzler



Sizzlers are a great addition to a dinner menu, especially for parties. Served steaming hot, they tempt the dinners with the surge of fresh flavors and amalgam of aromas that is reflective all the ingredients in the sizzler. This Go Green sizzler is a recipe par comparison that combines nutritious veggies like carrots, French beans, Spinach with Cream and Corn. 

It is a treat that pampers the taste buds, while also serving as a wholesome meal that satiates your hunger! Ohhhhh!!! I am drooling just at the thought of it!! I love it so much!!!! Here presenting some interesting Go Green Sizzler to enhance some nutritious contents in our body and indeed with some delicious flavors, I chose this sizzler because sometimes you really need some healthy food....So why not try this in a sizzler form??? So the thought of this sizzler was awesome and enjoyed a lot while making it.....


Many people think that, To make a sizzler at home, a Big and lengthy process, Here I tried to make 4 dishes in this sizzler but very easy and so quick....It won't be so messy and Irritating to make it...Go Green theme is always been welcomed by everyone....Its healthy, Yummy and nutritious!!!

Its a sizzling Affair with Sizzlers ;) So take a tour of this Healthy, Yummy and Amazing Flavorful Sizzler!!!!! Here we Go with the Ingredients and Method.......!!!!!!! :)



Recipe 1: Potato Basket:

Ingredients:

1 Cup Boiled and Mashed Potato
1 Tbsp Spinach Paste
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
5-10 Mint Leaves
1/2 Tsp Green chilies
1/2 Tbsp Onion, Chopped
1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Paneer
1 tsp Cumin seeds powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Bread crumbs


Method:

1. Take a bowl and place Boiled and mashed potato in it and add Spinach paste.



2. Add all the seasoning in it with Onion, Garlic, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. Add Bread crumbs and Mix them well.


3. Take a Tart Mold and grease it with oil, and stuff this Potato Masala in it and give it a nice basket shape.





4. Now heat a skillet, and shallow fry these potato basket from both the sides and put them on a tissue paper.




5. Garnish them with capsicum ring to make a basket handle. :)  

Recipe 2: Corn And Spinach Sauce

1 Tbsp Butter 
1/2 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp All purpose Flour
1 Tbsp Boiled Corn, Crushed
1 Tbsp Spinach Paste
1 Cup Milk
Salt to taste
1/2 Tbsp Processed Cheese, Shredded

Method:

1. Heat a pan with butter and add Garlic, saute it...Now add All purpose Flour and cook it for 2 minutes.



2. Now add Boiled crushed corn, and spinach paste in it and mix it well.



3. Add Milk to the paste and stir it evenly to get rid out of lumps, Add salt and cheese, mix them well.


4. Take sauce out of the pan and convert it in to the bowl.


Recipe 3: Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Boiled diced carrots
1/2 Cup, Boiled French Beans, cut in to strips
1 large capsicum, cut into strips
 salt to taste

Method:

1. Heat the butter in wok or large deep skillet on medium-high heat.




2. Add capsicum, stir fry 2 minutes. Add Carrots and French beans; stir fry for a minute and add salt in to them.

3. Take out of the pan and convert them in to the Bowl.


(Note: You can add some Italian seasoning like Oregano and chili flakes in it to make it Fusion)


Recipe 4: Mint Coriander Rice


Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Finely chopped Green chilies
1 Cup, Cooked Rice
1 Tbsp Mint leaves
2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
1 Tbsp Coconut Cream
salt to taste


Method:

1. Heat a pan with butter and add Finely chopped Green chilies in it. cook it for 30 seconds.



2. Add Cooked Rice, Mint leaves, Coriander Leaves in it. And Mix them well.




3. Now, Add Coconut Cream in to the Rice and salt to taste.



4. I am adding some burnt Garlic also on the top of the rice. It enhance the flavor of rice.



5. Take out of the pan and convert in to bowl.


Sizzling Effect:

1. Put the Sizzler Plate on the Stove. let it be Hot!!
2. Place the Cabbage Leaves on the Plate.
3. Make the Butter cubes and Place them in Iced water. (Pre-Prepared)
4. Assemble your all the dishes on cabbage leaves.
5. And Finally put the butter cubes on iron plate and it will start sizzle!!! Serve it Immediately!!!
