Cheesy Wheels

In theory, a perfectly balanced meal includes some protein, but not too much; a vegetable or two; some fruit and a carbohydrate. Such a meal also should balance tastes — savory, a little sour or bitter maybe, perhaps some sweet and salt — and textures, from chewy to succulent to crisp. Let's go a step further and propose that this meal also can conveniently be eaten while playing cards.

At its simplest, a sandwich is two slices of bread enclosing a filling. It also is often a perfectly balanced meal, consisting of protein, vegetable, carbohydrate, often dairy and even fruit. My definition is somewhat broader: A sandwich is a filling enclosed in bread or pastry that can be eaten by hand. My definition includes such things as wraps, tacos, and stuffed pitas, all of which can be held in one hand while playing cards.

Wherever a sandwich is from, though, its foundation, its most important single element, is the bread. Great bread can elevate great ingredients to new heights. Bad bread can make even the finest fillings ho-hum. So, Thats why I tried these wheels which are the part of sandwiches, but in a different way to eat and to present!!! for me, The dish must look good and inviting, so, If I am preparing something anybody who is sitting there must say that I want this!!! :)))) Lets have a look for these scrumptious, cheesy and yummy Cheesy Wheels!! For that we will need:

Ingredients:

1 packet Bread
1 tbsp. Cream cheese
Capsicum - Finely chopped
Onion- Finely chopped
50 gms Crumbled paneer (Cottage cheese)
4 tbsp. Cheese spread
1 tbsp. Oregano
2 1/2 tbsp. Tomato sauce
Pepper
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Add some finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped onions, crumble some cottage cheese, pepper powder, dry oregano crushed in your hands and salt to taste and mix all the ingredients of the filling.

2. Then add 1 1/2 tbsp. tomato ketchup to the mixture and mix it well.

3. Take some Cream cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp. of tomato ketchup and mix them well.

4. For preparing the wheels, take some white bread slices and cut them with a sharp edged cutter.

 5. Cut smaller rings out of the bread slices so that each bread slice can be used as a base with a ring on top.

6. Finely spread the Cream Cheese spread on the bread slices, taking care of the edges so that the rings stick to the slice properly.

7. In the center of the ring, add the cottage cheese filling till the level of the bread.

8. Place all the rings in a tray and before serving, place them in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for about 4-5 minutes, until the rings are lil baked.

Cheesy Wheels are ready to be served.

Enjoyyyyy!!!!
